Designed for Grade 8–12 learners, this three-day programme uses the zoo as a living classroom to explore life on Earth — from biodiversity and conservation to animal care and real science careers.

Admission is FREE to the general public but facilitated or holiday programmes are subject to a fee.
Irene Dairy Farm
Located in Nellmapius Dr, Irene, Centurion, Irene Farm is a picturesque working dairy farm offering dining, weddings and events facilities for hire and plenty of space for kids to play. Families can enjoy a leisurely breakfast or lunch at one of the two restaurants, watch the cows being milked, enjoy a picnic and let the kids play on the extensive lawns. There are activities such as archery, night markets and tasting experiences and kids' holiday programmes. Don't forget to grab some fresh farm products at the shop. Irene Farm is open daily throughout the summer.
